This is the plug I made to
fill the lightening hole. |

I then glued a 1/8" balsa
cover over the plug.. |

A strip of 1" masking tape was
laid down between the front and back anti-rotation pin holes. I
marked off the distance from the back anti-rotation pin hole to the servo
lead access hole on the root cord of the wing. |

After drilling the servo lead
access hole with my Dremel tool and sealing the Ultracote around the hole,
I now have a aileron servo lead access hole in the fuse. This should
have been a 30 second job if the engineering had been correct. |
