Former Measurements

The following measurements should be used when drilling pushrod holes and cut-outs in the formers for the RRCC Club Racer.

NOTE: All views are from the front of the plane looking towards the aft section.

Former F1

Throttle Hole (for throttle pushrod)
1.831" from bottom to center of hole
.156" from left edge to center of hole

Gas line holes - drill appropriately for your particular engine

Former F2

1.5" hole centered 2.034" from bottom of former
Make 3/16" x 3/16" notch 1.875" from bottom of former on left hand side for throttle pushrod

Former F3

Rectangular Opening
1.620" high by 1.78" wide
Top of hole is .616" from top of former

Former F4

Drill two holes for elevator and rudder pushrods
1.557" from bottom of former
.650" apart, spaced on center line of former

Former F5

Drill two holes for elevator and rudder pushrods
1.360" from bottom of former
.935" apart, spaced on center line of former
